The deck is currently on print-on-demand status. That means when you order, it will be the only time I will have it printed. That takes about a week. My international printers are based in the US so shipping within the US takes less than a week after production. Shipping outside the US takes between 15-45 days via standard shipping which comes with the USD50 (PHP2,500) pricing. Expedited shipping is available upon request. No refunds and no cancellations due to the nature of this product. Please be 100% sure before you place your order.
You definitely may. Just take note that shipping will be via USPS and that once it arrives the country, it will be handled by the local post office and will therefore not be trackable anymore. You may also have it shipped via 3rd party shipper in the US like My Shipping Cart, Johnny Air or Kango Express.
